Flexible flush door leaf production line is basic on CNC automation single machines including press machine, door leaf four edge saw, auto edge banding machine, CNC lock hole and hinge slot machine, painting auxiliary hole drilling machine, machining center, adding accessory units such as loading & unloading manipulator, and transit, positioning, rotate conveyor. The main parameter, working rhythm, automation sturcture, control method are consistent and interrelated, material logistics & information flow synchronously transmitted. Automatical identify, regulate & machining door leaf with different specifications to satisfy customized production demand of "batch & quantity consistent" and unmanned operation. It could be customized according to user's production craft, workshop craft, production capacity etc.
The door leaf production line can finish one door in 75s/50s/30s.
