Door Frame Production Line

Function:
This line is for auto processing main & deputy part splicing type door frame,including auto feed in,spread glue,splicing,shoot nail,cut to requested length,mill lock slot & hinge slot,mill step,mill L-shape architrave slot,etc,it can be customized according to user's production craft and production capacity.
Flexible door frame production line is the combination of multi-type door frame,including cut at 45 degree/90 degree,drill connect hole ,mill lock hole & hinge slot,mill step at both sides,cut groove for L-shape architrave,auto insert seal strip and auto install hardware.The production efficiency 30 seconds/40 second/60 seconds/90 seconds is optional.

1. Auto switch processing of pressed type door frame with door-stop strip and main & deputy part splicing type door frame,to satisfy the requirement of processing multi-type door frame;
2. The application of the patent "A task allocation method for the processing of  door frame hinge slot and lock slot ",solves the problem of unbalanced speed caused by processing lock slot and hingre slot,and improves the processing efficiency significantly;
