This line is for processing wooden door rail ,it auto load workpiece,cut to requested length,rotate,drill painting auxiliary hole on both long edge,drill dowel hole,mill slot,UV drying,spray glue,shoot dowel,it can be customized according to user's production craft and production capacity.
Features:
1. Flexible process sets of door rail at top, middle and bottom side.
2. Upright processing, compact structure, no dust on workpiece.
3. Simultaneous processing on both ends of door rail, high efficiency.
4.Auto centering clamp, mill slot, correct hole position.

Door Stile Production Line
Function:
This line is for processing door stile of assembly door, it auto cut the door stile to requested length, drill dowel hole, mill lock hole & hinge slot, logo slot, spray glue, it can be customized according to user's production craft and production capacity.
Features:
1. Simultaneous process the couple left & right door stile.
2. Auto clean dust in dowel hole.
3. Auto spray glue in dowel hole.
4. Processing rhythm: 30 seconds/set (can be customized).
